Please follow the instruction:-

1) Get a credit card and reload to the max amount
2) Click and spam the advance refine or ultimate refine

AND eventually you will get four star items

two ways. first is recharge tons of gold to refine it. Second is use free refine to refine it till 4stars. no easy way out.

you can refine equips and after you played 7month you already have 7 4stars liked me ....

buy any random equip
take some stars from the sky
inlay to the equip you wish to be 4 star or higher
