Title: Battle result turn into chinese and stuck
50% of my battle result screen will turn into Chinese characters then stuck.
there is nothing i can do other than leave and close the game and restart...

Pls check and fix.... its getting annoying... btw, im using galaxy tab s to play...

Dear commander, our programmer is trying to fix it. To help us send your problem to him, please tell us your account, server, character name and the time you saw this problem. Besides, have you seen this problem in other events? For example, Pacific War, Arena, etc. ?

My character name is JMHitman, on server 3-Lexington.
This screen will appear everywhere (mission, arena, plunder, etc.), as long as it has the battle result screen.
At the moment, I need to continue to sign out then in again in order to play this.
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S. Pls check if this could be a device related issue... It's a bit weird since no one had complaint about this....

I have the same problem too. it's not yet fix until now. but I do believe that they will fix the problem soon.

Sorry to disturb you, but I need to ask you for your device system version, as well as the present situation you get. Do you still have the problem you described in your former email? And please describe your operations since you started the game (eg: I logined the game at 18:05, claimed the free crude oil, and tapped "Mission"-->"Plunder", then I tapped "change" for 3 times before I plundered, and I plundered a player(with purple "highest possibility"). After the plunder, the Chinese appears and the system stuck.)
