Dear commander, it might be the delay of network or system. You may try restarting your device to see whether it can be solved. If it doesn't work, maybe you can try reinstalling the game.
BTW, is it the first time you login the game on this device? Or it just suddenly happened? And, is it the first time you meet this problem?

Dear lucerne, i have recharge diamond 2 time first 204 diamond and second 40 diamond.. First and second transcation success but the diamond not accepted, i use credit card...
