To build good quality game environment and to promote interactions among players, we will carry out a server merger for COTK from 12:30 August 6th 2015 after maintenance. The merger will last about 2 hours and the servers involved are S34 and S35. These two servers will be temporarily shut down during the merger. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.
S35 will be merged into S34. Players’ current game data will not be affected after the merger. Players can still log into the game like they used to.
I. Please be aware that the following will be completed during the merger.
1. Characters falling into the following three categories at the same time will be deleted:
a. Lower than Lv. 30
b. Offline for more than 30 days
c. No Gold recharge records
2. For duplicated names, here is the solution:
Duplicated character name will be added with the old server number as a suffix. For example, Arthur.S5
3. All events will be reset/deleted after the merger. Remember to claim all rewards available before the merger.
4. If players play in several servers and their different characters happen to be in those servers to be merged:
a. He/She will have to choose a character before logging in to game.
b. Need to choose a default character when recharging on Heyshell platform.
5. The data of cities and city guards on world map will be collected/copied from the targeted server (the old server).
6. The data of supplies will be collected/copied from the targeted server (the old server).
7.The data of country level and EXP will be collected/copied from the higher one of these two servers.
8. All heroes will be sent back to capital city.
9. All shadows on world map will be cleared and free shadow times will be returned to players.
10. Officials in Palace will be cleared.
11. Arena rank data will be cleared.
12. All the data in Rank (Kills, Duel Rank, Siege) will be kept and combined.
II. Free Merger Gift Pack
S35 launched later than S34, so players higher than Lv. 75 from S35 will get a gift pack.
Gift pack = Days difference * (Gold*10, Lord EXP*30K and Food*100K)
And Gift pack for S35 is Gold*150, Lord EXP*450K and Food*1500K. (Max Day difference is set to be 20 days.)

Me in s.35 shu, and i think our server is still balance, why don't u do merger on s.31? Wu in s.31 is in a death match against shu and wei, shu in s.31 is very very dominating

well not at all actually
the gap in the player lvl is huge, don't think anyone from s35 want to face Cao Cao
In fact any merge is good if you want total domination
If you ask for the merge ask to merge with a much older server and not a younger one

Current task for GM is to make Wu and Wei strong servers where high vip will get voucher heroes until then its a mess

Well, not really.
Wu in s36 have 4 guo jia already (n countless wenji lol), n some will follow too. In s31 only have 6
Not to mention that s36 shu is nothing (noone even in top 20), n in s36 wei hv more player than wu n also dominate the top 20

S35 is the only balanced server, we just asked you to investigate illegal bots and clones. Nobody asked for merge. Do everyone a favor and don't merge us, go merge s31 they've been asking for a while and they actually need it.

I like the idea to merge new server faster, because it wont generate more disbalance with ultra strong people like old servers. I recomend to take a look in s36 soon, shu there doesnt exist, it will be nice to face 2 countrys not only 1 and have 1 of training ground. s36 really nice server but soon we requiere a merge.

it's is a kind of shitty jokes?
the day differences blah blah blah worth 450k lord experience
but when it comes to level up event does that 450k lord experience enough to reach 1 dotted target

Although I agree with arsenal, I still expect an answer for why S35 where nobody asked, and not other servers that have been asking for a long time. Very disappointed at heyshell that they don't even reply.
And Tayenjunior is right too. 450k exp is less than 1 hour play, it's a joke to say it's compensation for 15 days difference. Better no reward at all in this case, would more honest.

Yes why Moderators never reply this post about your clients conserns! please work in your costumer service, it will be nice to recieve a answer of you. Also i suggest to survie server players when you running a decision who will afect your clients.

The compensation will be much better with 30% boost for younger server for as long as the gap between the 2 servers.. rather than your pathetic 450k exp.

And also 15 days GM only give 450k Exp, yet during the EXP event your requirement to even clear first stage is 10x of that 450k or even more.

Can you be more consistent with what you are expecting and what you are giving???

What is your criteria for mergering s34 and s35? Can't u see that shu 34 is very dominant, and shu 35 is strong, but still s35 is a well balanced server.
But now you are killing Wei and wu, don't you think it's kind of stupid by mergering 2 strong shu together?

This is a dumb merge. Two stronger shu merging. Mission impossible for Wei and Wu. Thanks for making Wei and Wu imbalance for both servers, smartie pants Chen.

Congrats to shu. Can continue to RC to challenge tourney. That's what smartie pant want.

S35 is the balance server....we can kill wu and wei, but now wei and wu will never can upgrade his country level.

Lol totally opposite buddy. It just made Wei and Wu free meat to shu. S34 and s35 shu is already so strong. Lol. System loves shu. Too many VIPs. System wants them to spend more to compete with older server now. Well shu now doing really well with the merging. Kicked s16 ass in tourney. Lol

Even shu strong we can each siege city and fair war each other. But in the fact you
combine the powerfull country with strong country againts weak country .
if your explain your doing thats merge for make us better . Thats true . But before that , you must think about onethink
can lower lvl survive and still fight after he/she bored fight impossible enemy.
As example How can z.rong vs ma chao ? To impossible . And how long they can stand ?
And the last if you wanna make a better this game . Put your heart with player . Not put your heart to your wallet.

thanks for your feedback, but I am a little confused that why you put all of your attention on the level, and why you defined powerful country equal to the high level players. Sorry, actually, I can not agree with you. if you think lower lvl can not survive surrounding by high lvl player, how about the new player. So you have to know that the most interesting things in the game is not the high level but finding the strength of yourself and take advantages of it. Pls do not put all of your attention on other's strength and your weakness any more. because in that way you can not get what you want.

I am lazy to log in s35 id now, all are green. First time see shu can siege Wei's cities from tongguan straight to guangling. Ridiculous! Everyday log in always need 20mins to clear shu's joycehugh n the gangs. After that, not 5mins they r in Le'an again. Some of us had move to new server, start over is very boring, they can just stop playing, looking for a new game. U see even shu's players don't like the merge. Please found out the solution!! Another merge is OK, but don't be more terrible. Thank you.
