hi gm, may i know how did the wu-wei alliance being triggered? both wu n wei have +15% exp during this period.

It triggers when one country occupies too much cities for a certain period of time , its definitely over 150

The 15% Exp is added to character instead of heroes.

GM,,what is the detail bout this alliance? Is it true 1country should occupied 150city just to trigered this system?

the number of the occupied city is the important factor triggering alliance system, but we can not tell the exact number.
