There are players who couldn't get any 4 star refine for weeks so absolutely zero error with your account, just matter of luck. Wish there is a function where you can "move" your other equip to the slot you needed to complete the suit at a price. Or run limited "Revert event" where you get to buy the equipment you required with gold. Well, just a thought...

it is not id error actually, the refine result is differ from each other and is random assignment. In other words, it depends on luck.

From my experience, immu almost depends on luck.
