Title: Important Question, READ THIS
For the 1st time I play a game that can't be playing by others.

Let set an example :

1. In a house you have brothers, sister, maybe cousin and others family members.
From all of that family members, only 1 can play this game, ONLY 1 ID !
So if we want get more army, i must ask long distance friends with me, because if my neighbour help to play using my sharing WI-FI, it will get BANNED !!!
Let not say neighbour, WHAT IF I introduce this game to my older or younger brother sister ? I said, SORRY BRO, THEY ONLY ALLOW 1 IP

And also when my friends visit to play this game together in my room, we will use my WI-FI, suddenly their ID will get BANNED !

2. In a university dormitory, or maybe in the university it self, Me introduce this game, after playing a while and my friends recharged for VIP, all be banned, including MINE ?
Can we SUE this game because they do FRAUD things, because they banned us after we Recharged, just because we same USING SAME INTERNET a.k.a IP ADDRESS ?
This is a game, many people use JOCKEY for leveling, are you new with ONLINE GAMES ?

This is not OFFLINE GAMES ! People whoever play ONLINE GAMES before will know leveling is hard, they will not have much time to do that alone.

3. Let's say I go to the mall, meet my friends, Chat for a while, then play this game AND LOGIN WITH SAME IP ADDRESS !! And after back from the mall, they come to my house, connect my Wi-FI, and play this game.
IF I SAID, SORRY BRO, YOU CANNOT CONNECT MY WIFI, it's for me only so I don't get BANNED ! What would you do if your friends jerk like this ?

4. After a while my friends play this, recharge a lot, but suddenly he got a job that not have Internet Connection, so he ask me to play for him, I SAID NO !!! MY ID WILL BE BANNED !
Is that what I should said to him ?

There's still many cases that force US to use same IP, same connection, sharing Internet, AND ALSO, this IS A WAR GAME. You think in a war we only bring 5-6 people ?

AND ALSO, DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT THE WORD CLONES MEAN ?

IF I create new ID, playing it alone, maybe you can call it clones.
BUT IF I ask my friends to JOIN this games, to play it together, IT'S CALLED CLONES ?

IF YOU KEEP BANNING REAL PLAYER ID, We will ask to shut your apps from APPS Store or Google Play.
Because you do FRAUD things, we NOT USE HACK ! WE NOT USE CHEAT !

IP is not the only criteria we focus on, so the scenario you planned will not happen. do not worry. btw, for the security reason we can not publish more technical detail about how we detect clones by their action.

maybe you can said that you can crate party or organization like yakuza to play .how came your brother sister father, mother, grand mother, grand father, son , daughter grand son grand daughter , wife , husband and all member of family to play.your reason not make sense.

Problem is all of you who is clone master just put all clone and auto off. Even you play auto off for me its still ok because we can finish a lot of event easily.only lost for siege city expand no problem. But even you farm exp 50% you still auto off. It mean people who've this game and don't have enough time sure can not play. You (clone master) make the game environment became very worst.

So think the purpose is make you satisfied that nobody can go to wei s7 and make people frustrating and stop rc and play. But can you imagine if all like this you kill the game . Who will improve the game again and last the game shut down.

If only just like you said i think gm would not banned also . Common tell people the truth.

GM i support you to keep banned people who want to make this game die.

machao bro, maybe in s7, u got hard pressure from shu, but u must think from other side.
lets say they have clones, but not only shu have clones,
in my server, wei and wu have alot clones and SPEC.Hero.. and mostly they play auto off.

and i think this is just misunderstanding for banning clones based on IP.., and thy must sort the master of clone not real players, i feel the same way as yours. thats happening everyday in my server.
i think GM have another solution to track clones by another way.
just chill out.

U have the authority to do any thing in the game you create. You r just like a God.
U wanna act fair to every players. So u ban clones
But whats wrong with with clones? Everybody do clones. Shu always use their clones surronding wei after the last merger. What your action n respond when wei players complain to u? NOTHING.
Why only banned wei players when shu players complain? Do you really have any prove that those banned ID are quilty.
If you want fair then fair to every players.
U want a fair game in three kingdoms world? Dun be naive. Three kingdoms game is the war game. There is no fair game

Yes Hendry, we play hard to defend our country.

I mean if they really want to banned high vip, do it with Fair.
everybody know who is the puppet master in shu, you see once GM banned ours armies, suddenly 300 heroes arise from their country.
before that they just play dead.

But you know this Heyshell need $$$, since the largest contributor is SHU country, they must listen to them.
It's like they own the Server itself.

I complaint for 6 months about their 300 clones, not even 1 got banned.
Today, because shu s7 and s12 always complaint and will not recharged if they not banned us, so they banned all our Real player and retired ID.

I'm not really into this game now seeing how this GM treat real player like this.

even i online a bit late for country event city siege event
Handan spammed with full assault armies and of course Zhongmu also blocked with "auto off mania they who don't need guardsman"

WeiXian also on fire and the path from their capital also secured

from WeiXian since they number so huge they assault to Puyang

and Zhaoge finally down by him our 24/7 superman

i attach a picture and wonder (see number 95) which elite stage i can get this golden coloured heroes

anyway the world with colour is always wonderful

i thought after afternoon banned party it is changed

For my opinion in this case ..  GM create this system with goodwill and for better environment gameplay by separated clone / fake id from real player and clean it  , i believe GM wont careless banned someone' ID without reason .
i just wonder how GM will  think about this problem ..if  "IP" is one of criteria for detect clones or not, how about someone that only have 1 computer device and 1 wifi connection that used for whole family , at least brother and his little brother want  playing COTK at same server, because they want play together and if they use a computer in turn is categorized clones ?, or similiar case  .What will u do GM ? .
-Banned first then asking clarification .
-Give notice or warn to clarify their ID first,  that suspected was clone .
- Allow players to clarify their own ID and condition term ,that was not a clone but a real player .

No use guys their only target was us in s7 wei they randomly selected ids to ban regardless if u made clones or not, their only purpose was to make sima spend more. Bring back gm Arthur he atleast ban fair.

You will be surprised what kind of Information the GM can see from your login information.

If you think they can only see your IP address and your location, you are too noob to beat the system so I suggest you forget about making more clones and abide by the rules.

If I am given the admin privileges , I can trace your IP, your login location, your time of login, your playing pattern, your device ID, device OS, your chat history and others stuff that allows me to gather data on all matching IP address.
Heck, I can even tell when you sleep, when you wake up, when your work, when you have day off.. and so on.
Is it Legal if you ask? Yes its legal, you have aggree to their term when you first downloaded the game. All the informations stored on the server can be used against you if you are trying to beat the system.

If what you trying to explain is all those ID belong to same IP address played by different person, I can tell just by one look on those ID log files.

I don't need to go into details.

If u want fairness then fair to every players in all of the server.
Dun just ban some players without any warning. What kind of proof u have so that u r so sure they are the clone master.
A lot of players have more than 1 id. Thats bcoz u dont hv any prevention. Your system allows anyone to create more n more id. If you not allow clone id, then upgrade your security system, not just ban n ban. Your action has ruin their name n reputation.
This is all your own fault. So dun blame on the players, we contribute to your company.
We spend the real money on you. We spend our lifetime on your game. We advertise your game.
Without us, u r nothing.
Please consider, n reactive the banned players ID..thank you.
