I forget my pasword on COW server 4. Need help

Dear sir, how did you login before? And have you bound your account to any email address?
If you have, you can directly visit our official website: http://www.heyshell.com/cow/, and click on "forgot password" on top left part of the page, and input your account to get an password revising email in the address;
if not, please send your login ID & character name to us along with an email address that has never been bound to any other account of our game before, and we'll help you bind it.
