i from shu s21 we go Handan 24hrs no wei or few wel people to hit . Wei have some agreement with Wu and not bother to hit us, we have to cut their path in order to have some kill. We know we are STRONG but we want fair play.kindly merge with STRONG wei or STRONG wu please

strong wei = s29 , 4 milks on 24hr with up to 50 ppl during events
