Since the latest update of Version 1.8.0 on 12 January 2016, We have been trying to apply for this function of Changing Country every day.
But we always fail and the Envoy at Arcadia only declare that the Country is in balance condition.
There are no further explanations from the Envoy at Arcadia, nor any other in-game menus.
We are confuse now and we need detailed explanations for Changing Country.
We have been trying to send email asking for this matter, but there are no response at all from GM.
Many of my friends, and my self included, have performed in-app purchase of 1,000 Gold.
But apparently this purchase is useless, since we cannot apply for Changing Country.
Lots of gamer are now considering to retire and quit from the Game, they do not care about such 1,000 Gold anymore.
IF the gamers decide to retire from the Game, then you will loose potential revenues/income.
Further your action for not responding us will also raise adverse impact to your reputation.
Please help and accommodate our request, as this is a critical issue for the future of this Game.

Dear GM,
We need your explanation about this change country. What are the rules? Because always state Country in Balance.
Lots of our friends considered to quit the game, because thinking were "fooled" by GM. They did recharge but useless because cannot apply change country. They tried asking by email also no response.

I agree with the opinions of our friends ... we are waiting for the change country to open .... it's already too bored and lonely if no follow-up from the GM ... many friends leave this game because the GM does not respond quickly faithful players waiting there is his change in open country ...
