Title: S41 & S47 Data Rollback Compensation
Dear players,
We're sorry to have you noted that the 2 servers including S41 and S47 will be performed data rollback operation today which means the in-game data will return back to what it was at 4 a.m. 21st January (GMT+8) due to the hardware fault of our servers. We're very sorry for such inconvenience. But please do not worry, the consumption you made from then till now will not be counted and you will not lose any resources.
Due to the the inconvenience, we tried as much as we can to give players from both S41 and S47 the following compensation:
1. Players who recharged since 4 a.m. （GMT+8）this morning till this moment will receive a compensation which will be sent to you by Gift Pack
2. Players above Lv. 60 will be rewarded based on their levels and the claim deadline is 23:59 Jan.25th (GMT+8).

Finally, on behalf of COTK team, we are sorry for such inconvenience and losses brought to you. In order to further improve our services, we will regularly check the status of our servers to avoid such accident.
