Maybe you could try to delete it and reinstall.

What is the cooldown for assiege?

During the different stages of Assiege, there are countdown of that stage. When all these finish, that is Assiege cooldown time. Then assiege could be triggered again.

I thinks it's not equal from effort compare to reward that u give,it's only 2?and that's no different reward between rank 1 and another rank,it's same,only have 2,please consider to more quantity that u have give...
