Rewards:
1. If you recharge 100 Gold you can claim 100 Gold.
2. If you recharge 600 Gold you can claim Soul*100K+RO*100.
3. If you recharge 1600 Gold you can claim Iron*200K + Food*3000K.
4. If you recharge 3100 Gold you can claim Voucher*1000 + Summon Order*2 + A.Token*50.
Notes:
1. You can only claim once in this event.
2. The event lasts for only one day.
3. Please do not recharge at the end of the event.

What ? I mean have you ever seen best deal recharge bonus of 100% bought gold ?
I think this is very good term - buy 100 gold get 100 more.

As for others bonuses its outside the scope of my interest so I won´t judge it.

if 200g is everything you need then it is fine
There is not much I can do with 200g
Also if you are planning to recharge again in the future I still recommend to buy 2300-4800g during best deal bonus and use it over longer period of time. Say you use 200g per month and it turns out to be much cheaper for you than this one time offer and will last for 1-2 years.
