awaken hzong will be very good for u since your gen are weak. he is usefull against extremely power gen that you normal cannot do damage beyond one. he cant be blocked so he reduces three rows of enemy troop by 20%. i have g jia and have awaken h zong. i use him to weaken stronger players wenji.

Awaken gen's usefulness depends on average player's level in ur server.
E.g.,
If most of players in ur server already use machao, then awaken hzhong will be useless.
