Clash of Three Kingdoms will undergo routine maintenance from 12:30 p.m. on May 19th 2016, which will last about two hours. During that time, you will be disconnected from the game. Thank you for your patience.

Maintenance:
- Servers Restart
Notes:
After the maintenance, everyone above Lv. 30 will receive a maintenance gift including Food*200K and RO*20

12:30 Thu. May 19th 2016 (GMT+8, Server Time);
21:30 Wed. May 18th 2016 (PDT);
00:30 Thu. May 19th 2016 (EDT);
04:30 Thu. May 19th 2016 (GMT).

After this maintenance, I can't login into my account and coincidentally I can't remember my password.
I sent numerous messages via FB chat messenger to COTK, but till now still now reply. Can COTK kindly respond to user's problem issue prompty please.

So could you please tell us the following information for us to check?
1. Your Server and IGN;
2. The level of your character;
3. What heroes you are using and their level;
4. The level of your equips, armaments, gems and horcrux.

Dear GM, before the maintenance my Dragon Star were at level 9. But why after maintenance it was reset to level zero, and the soul also vanished.

New feature makes a new problem...
Box Kc..ussualy give me food 5m....@ now only 4m..letter take the space...
Where is our solution.with 10%, 20% , 30% of hour rewqrd isnt work...30% of 100k..is 30k..what do u think...
We need more food in kill chest
Or could u add more KC...By more kill...
