Dear GM

I already Post Thread Yesterday but Threat Is gone, so I Make this...
GM... I Finish MOH but I Forget Claim.... 5 menit after Reset I will claim but even MOH Gone.... and buff 50% and Voucher 3.000 Gone... Can GM Cek my Exp Before MOH and After MOH... and Give me Buff and Voucher To me..... Please.. please.. please....
maybe GM can check Before even MOH and after even MOH

It's unlikely GM can do (give you the vouchers and buff) that for you if you had not claimed it on time. I encountered the same issue last time and GM response was....... please do claim it on time next time and good luck.

me too, i also forgot that moh event comes and ooops i didn't perform any fight so my moh still level 1 with 0% progress

It's unfair that the event disappear 5 mins before reset time and you said that we must claim before the end of event. 5 mins before still before end of event.
I myself also have experiance in wheel of fortune where the event disappear 5 mins before reset time and i still have 3 free chance to play.
Please check your game time. Time accuracy is very important. If you want to stop the event at 23.55 server time, better write that clearly.

Bro, MOH always disappear before the reset time, it would be good you check the countdown timer
