Looks like they use MaZhong's (yellow liege) template, change bit about the face, then brand it Dian Wei.
MaZhong's liege card then modified using NPC's face.

As the game evolving, so does S. Xiang. After several winter season since she join COTK especially with L Bei, S. Xiang has evolved into a MILF. So dont blame COTK, blame it on Liu Bei
