Title: S12 Problem
1. Can't summon
2. Shu Overloading player
3. Wei and Wu lacking player
4. Many Player in Shu Double Account even made acc in other country just for waste we time when upgrade country

i hope you can check that maybe you can transmisi some people in shu to wei / wu
shu too much player they even can push wei and wu in same time

i am from shu s12 ,and want to migrate to other,can i ?
because maybe i am not accpetable at shu ,

so want to fighting shu

yeah admin should make request like transfer 1 player to other country
