Title: IOS/App Problem
Having problems loading the COTK app.
it just stays on updating and doesnt do anything. i have deleted the app and reinstalled but now its just saying "ready..."
just wondered if it was just me or a global problem. never had problems before. looking for help solving this dilemma.

Dear player, we had checked the other players recently, they can login normally during this time. Could you pls tell us how long does this situation last? And where did you stuck? We advice u change a network condition and clear the cache. And pls make sure your password is right.

password is right as i can sign in via PC
started yesterday. it just stays on loading screen and says updating in right corner with a buffering circle.
i removed the app, installed back, now just says ready... with buffering circle.
nothing as been changed so i dont understand. maybe its UK related? its not a problem at my end. its impossible. checked via wifi, 4G, the lot...

Just had problems when I buy for recruiting they never showed up. Wasted 00 + gold on this . I'm very upset
