HardRock Cafe at Pacific Place Jakarta was the venue where I met my fellow s40 shu players for the first time.
After spending countless hours fighting side by side at COTK, some of us finally decided to meet.
Mr. Pampam suggested the venue and he generously treated us dinner. I remember that very fresh margarita!
After the rendezvous, we share some pictures to our COTK group so some of us may know each other better.
Hopefully we will meet again soon.
COTK has helped me enlarge my network with such good friends.

First, I have the urge to explain that Indonesia is the biggest archipelago in the world: Indonesia, a country of around 250 million people located in South East Asia, is abundant in natural beauty, soaring volcanoes, spectacular rice terraces, and some of the best diving in the world. Aside from the odd location in Bali and Java, the cities are of little known with people. For longer stays, being in a larger city with Western amenities makes some of these seemingly characterless cities a lot more attractive especially when you develop a network of like-minded friends and have the ability to travel to some spectacular locations. one of them is Ternate, located in the east of Indonesia.

Ternate is a very clean friendly city with easy access to recreation spots and little congestion. These are several big pluses considering that this is the one of the main woe in East Indonesia's other cities.
I have 2 important reasons why i choose this photo. First, Indonesia currency (Rp.1000) use this photo as a backround. And its the place when Total Solar Eclipse of 2016 March 9 happened. A solar eclipse results when the moon passes directly between the Earth and the sun, casting a shadow over the Earth. It is only possible during the new moon phase, when the dark side of the moon faces the Earth. And the city of Ternate is one of the best place in Indonesia to watch that.
Sincerely,

Chicago, Illinois, United States of America
This rare photo of Li-Guang and his beloved son Fox was taken this summer at U.S. Cellular Field, home of the Chicago White Sox. In the background you can see the famous Chicago skyline featuring the Sears Tower - which for a long time was the tallest skyscraper in the world. Three years earlier Fox's mother and I had our first date at this very same ballpark. Sentimental to me for many reasons, I hope to continue having memorable moments here for years to come.

Chicago IL located in the united states of america. This city means a lot to me because it is where i grew up. The city contains memories my family, friends and I. It is a very pretty city and Downtown Chicago would be the best place to visit in Chicago because the skyline are very beautiful. Since downtown is by the lake, you can get a boat ride and go out to the lake and relax. Overall, this is a really great city.

After saying the mantra "you touch my skin haram, haram you drink my blood, you are forbidden to eat flesh, veins kawang, wesi bone, skin of steel, I come out of the womb of the mother. I say la ilaha illahu ". So at that moment he thrust the dagger into the thighs, arms, stomach and other body parts. At that time he also grabbed the neck of the attractions of a small child as he drew his machete into the child. Surprisingly the former is missing a bolt machete scar that is very dangerous for the child.Attractions that are very dangerous we used to know called Debus, Debus said that martial arts originated from al-Madad area. The longer the martial arts is growing and growing in all societies as an art entertainment offerings for the community. Core of the show is still very strong movement or martial arts and weapons use. Debus arts offerings are widely used and focus on a person's immune players against sharp objects, and sort of sharp weapon is called the Debus. Grow and develop this art since hundreds of years ago, along with the development of Islamic religion in Punjab. In awalna this art has the function as the spread of religion, but in the Dutch colonial period and during the reign of Sultan Agung Tirtayasa. This martial art is used to evoke the spirit of the warrior and the people who made offerings against Dutch colonialism. Because at that power is not balanced, which has a dutch weapons very complete and sophisticated. Continue to urge the fighters and people of offerings, the only weapons they have no other martial arts heritage of Debus, and they take the fight as guerrillas.According to some historical sources, Debus has a relationship with the congregation in the teachings of Islam. Which in essence is very thick with religious philosophy, they are in a very happy face to face with his god. They slammed their ketubuh sharps, no effort but because God alone. If God did not allow a machete, machetes and bullets injure them. And they will not hurt.
At this time many warriors living in the Village Walantaka Debus, District Walantaka, Serang District. Which is unfortunate presence diminished the longer whistle, because the young men would rather find another livelihood. And because this attraction is also quite dangerous to do, because not many players Debus who rarely harmed by lack of exercise and there are "ignorant" to show they are doing. So the longer the cultural heritage is increasingly extinct. In the past we can see the attraction of this whistle offerings in many areas, but now there are only Debus attractions at the event - a specific event. So not every day we can see this attraction. Cultural heritage, which is increasingly eroded by the changing times.

Balikpapan is a city in East Kalimantan. It serves as headquarters for international oil companies, mining companies and related support industries operating in (and out of) eastern Kalimantan. The city is a relatively clean, small city, with clear blue skies but not much by way of nightlife. The population are a mix, with lots of Javanese due to transmigration, lots of people from Sulawesi, and of course, the locals. the people are quiet and polite, and the pace is slow and relaxed.

Construction of the mausoleum was essentially completed in 1643 but work continued on other phases of the project for another 10 years. The Taj Mahal complex is believed to have been completed in its entirety in 1653 at a cost estimated at the time to be around 32 million
rupees, which in 2015 would be approximately 52.8 billion rupees (
US$827 million). The construction project employed some 20,000 artisans under the guidance of a board of architects led by the court architect to the emperor,
Ustad Ahmad Lahauri.
The Taj Mahal was designated as a UNESCO
World Heritage Site in 1983 for being "the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage". Described by Nobel laureate
Rabindranath Tagore as "the tear-drop on the cheek of time", it is regarded by many as the best example of
Mughal architecture and a symbol of India's rich history. The Taj Mahal attracts 7–8 million visitors a year. In 2007, it was declared a winner of the
New7Wonders of the World (2000–2007) initiative.

1 of Singapore famous tourist attraction, Marina Bay Sands.
Marina Bay Sands is an integrated resort fronting Marina Bay in Singapore. Prior to its opening in 2010, it was billed as the world's most expensive standalone casino property at S$8 billion, including the land cost.
The resort includes a 2,561-room hotel, a 120,000-square-metre (1,300,000 sq ft) convention-exhibition centre, the 74,000 m2 (800,000 sq ft) The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands mall, a museum, two large theatres, "celebrity chef" restaurants, two floating Crystal Pavilions, a skating rink, and the world's largest atrium casino with 500 tables and 1,600 slot machines. The complex is topped by a 340-metre-long (1,120 ft) SkyPark with a capacity of 3,900 people and a 150 m (490 ft) infinity swimming pool, set on top of the world's largest public cantilevered platform, which overhangs the north tower by 67 m (220 ft).The 20-hectare resort was designed by Moshe Safdie architects. The architect was Aedas, and they were responsible for employing all consultants and for developing, co-ordinating and implementing the design. Engineering was provided by Arup and Parsons Brinkerhoff (MEP). The main contractor was Ssangyong Engineering and Construction.
1 of the unique thing is that there is a "Ship" build on top of the 3 buildings as per attached photo.
The SkyPark has the world's longest elevated swimming pool, with a 146-metre (478 ft) vanishing edge, 191 metres above ground. The pools are made up of 422,000 pounds of stainless steel and can hold 376,500 gallons (1424 cubic metres) of water. The SkyPark also has rooftop celebrity chef restaurants such as Sky on 57 (by Justin Quek), Spago (by Wolfgang Puck), nightclubs such as Ce La Vie, gardens, hundreds of trees and plants, and a public observatory deck on the cantilever with 360-degree views of the Singapore skyline.
There are four movement joints beneath the main pools, designed to help them withstand the natural motion of the towers, and each joint has a unique range of motion. The total range of motion is 500 millimetres (19.68 inches). In addition to wind, the hotel towers are also subject to settlement in the earth over time, so engineers built and installed custom jack legs to allow for future adjustment at more than 500 points beneath the pool system. This jacking system is important primarily to ensure the infinity edge of the pool continues to function properly.
Visiting such a lavish building is a good experience once in a while.

Jembatan Barelang Located at (Batam, Rempang and Galang) Indonesia

The Barelang Bridge (Jembatan Barelang) is a chain of 6 bridges of various types that connect the islands of Batam, Rempang, and Galang (Indonesia). Barelang also refers to the islands themselves, which are all administratively part of the municipality of Batam. The smaller islands of Tonton, Nipah, and Setotok (considered parts of the Batam island group) connect Batam and Rempang. The entire Barelang region covers 715 km².
Some locals call the bridge Jembatan Habibie after Dr. Jusuf Habibie(Former Indonesia 3rd President), who oversaw the project in construction, aiming to transform the Rempang and Galang islands into industrial sites (resembling present-day Batam). The concept design for the 6 bridges were proposed by Bruce Ramsay of VSL. Dr. Habibie had requested that the designs should be based on a variation of different structural bridge types, in order to introduce & develop new bridge design & building technologies for the Indonesian market. Overtime the bridge sites have grown more into a tourist attraction rather than a transportation route.
