While in S.Slotted it says "available after 3 full bars",
in S.Jade it says "Current trinket has no special skills".
My question is , Can special skills be obtained in SJade or do we have to have atleast S.SLotted to get special skills?
If Sjade cannot obtain special skills, then the description for Lvl 4 Trinket Works is misleading and should be modified.

Dear GM,
Please consider modifying the description of Trinket Works Lvl 4 since it misleads us to think that even SJade can have special skills.
