Dear GM,
Lately this game always had connection problem. Specially this week.
Cant even login. Pls upgrade your bandwidth.
Afterall Heyshell arent going to close very soon, right? So upgrading bandwitdh shouldnt be a problem..

i also having connection problem too. using wifi is fine, but extremely slow when i use data to play this game

Have same problem in the last 7 days. Hard to login, takes around 15 - 20 minutes to login. If successful delay during the game around 2 - 3 minutes.
That's not the worst case, after harvest it is almost impossible to login, it took mr almost 1 hour to login. Just see the running horse all the time. It's so frustrating.
Please fix this.

almost in 2 weeks got network problem, cannot login, lag, always see white horse running
especially from afternoon until midnight

i wonder this trouble from provider or heyshell

me too. experience the same problem since last maintenance. Hopefully this Maintenance can solve this issue.
