Has anybody done this treatment for PF and had any success with it?

I see it’s been a while since you’ve posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone here ended up trying PRP and saw results months down the line? I had a consultation recently and they said it could take a while to notice changes. I’m curious how people felt at the 3- or 6-month mark—was there clear improvement or just slight relief?
