What does tactics resist horcrux do?

Basically improve the resistance of enemy terrain tactics ~ Assault, Defend, Attack during battle.

Is not clash damage if I think I get what you referring to.

I´m reffering to the damage made by first collision of rows. As long as I know tactic resist works only for this collision, not for normal melee damage. But maybe I am wrong. If so, does that mean that Charge works both for collision and melee (in case of tactic advantage (plains assault against attack) or just for collision? I always thought Resist tactics and Charge are the opposite of each other.

Nope.

Charge is improve tactic collision harm which is the damage made by first collision only with the right tactics.
