vip messages in game (can we do some changes to it?)

the vip messages that are broadcasted in game is a bit irritating and would be helpful if replace with kings message. so far no good way for king to properly communicate with those that dont read chat so why not let us use that. The message board in game seriously sucks. so far all the war games i have played always have a place for kings to prominently display their messages.
