Tina!!!

Is there a way for low VIP or VIP 0 players to get Tina? She's a wonderful hero and I would really love to add it to my heroes. During the Lucky eggs for Tina event, can't you give one free hammer a day for everyone who logged in daily( In COTK, they did that). We are getting diamonds from try out daily.. saving upto 750 diamonds for the lucky eggs is very difficult and even then the chance of getting Tina in the Golden egg is very less. Give us a chance to obtain Tina. Or is Tina only available for players who buy more diamonds?
