Great Solution for Armanent Forging

Many of us have had that moment that makes you want to break this game and punch the code writers in the face...  That moment when you spend 10k iron plus per click to upgrade that next level of armanent.   You spend 90k iron getting it to 9 ticks out of 10 to that next level.   In that final click you see "Armanent Skill +10!"   in this moment you want to place curses on the code writers and break this game.  

2 Solutions:   1(Best Solution)  :  Allow these ticks to  CARRY over, this will probably be a code writing change thats needed.   By carry over I mean if I am 9/10 ticks till say level 50, and I get the +10, this means now I am 9/10 towards level 51, or worse case scenario have it turn into a +9, so i lose one tick since the next level up is more expensive.  

Second Solution(Still Great, but I prefer option 1):  REIMBURSE IRON COSTS, in the above situation, If I am 9/10 at a cost of 90k total(10k each tick)  and i get the +10, reimburse me 90k Iron.    this is proably best, but if balance is really an issue, then you could maybe code it so the game knows if you got +4's and +2's.. what this means is if somehow you go +4, +4, +1, +10,  thats actually only 3 ticks, so in that situation only give back 30k.
