I think everyone would agree that Armanent leveling needs to carry over.  Many many people have been 9/10 progress and get the dreaded (wonderful) +10 progress..

While we are at it what is the justification for growth of the iron mine.   A level 66 Forging Platform gives you 88 income, a 1 income, for a 12 hour building.   is a 1 point upgrade to much to ask really?
