HELP !!!

i play this game for first time via fast login , after that i try played it from other device  it require id and pasword . i dont know my pasword because they dont ask it from device i use earlier .. can u help me ?

Dear commander, "fast login" is for new players to experience the game. If you want to keep your game data at other devices, you need to tie your data to a email address unregistered to the game before. Please click "link to email" at the login interface to tie a email, and choose "forgot password" at our offical website to revise your password. (your login ID is the ID begining with "guest_")

i tried it  put that id on  forgot pasword , but that id doesnt belong to any email , that was it say ..  did i must start this game again from 0  ?? pls help me,
