Feedback on Changing Country

Dear GM,

Since the latest update of Version 1.8.0 on 12 January 2016, We have been trying to apply for this function of Changing Country every day.

But we always fail and the Envoy at Arcadia only declare that the Country is in balance condition.
There are no further explanations from the Envoy at Arcadia, nor any other in-game menus.

We are confuse now and we need detailed explanations for Changing Country.
We have been trying to send email asking for this matter, but there are no response at all from GM.

Many of my friends, and my self included, have performed in-app purchase of 1,000 Gold.
But apparently this purchase is useless, since we cannot apply for Changing Country.


Lots of gamer are now considering to retire and quit from the Game, they do not care about such 1,000 Gold anymore.

IF the gamers decide to retire from the Game, then you will loose potential revenues/income.
Further your action for not responding us will also raise adverse impact to your reputation.

Please help and accommodate our request, as this is a critical issue for the future of this Game.

Dear GM,

We need your explanation about this change country. What are the rules? Because always state Country in Balance.

Lots of our friends considered to quit the game, because thinking were "fooled" by GM. They did recharge but useless because cannot apply change country. They tried asking by email also no response.

If still no response from GM, we all will quit the game because we feel GM not paying attention to us at all!

I was one of the players looking forward for new change country feature. There are a lot of unbalance between players allocated to the countries. Those countries who has lesser players are been bullied by the those countries who have large amount of players. Border boss alway kill steal, landwars been overwhelmed, bliss/resist event overrun by the massive amount of players from opposite countries, CvC and SC becoming impossible to stop these "ants" to claim their victory

Tell me how many of these minor players from these countries able to withstand this for long? We tried to recharge gold to fight them but it doesn't help because even 1 strongest player also can't fight 10 opposition players in this unbalance fight.

Back to this topic, does GM intend to implement this feature to help balance the countries or the GM just want to enable it just for the sake of implementing?
Details of change countries are not explained and GM is not explaining or reply any of the email enquires.

Does the GM want the players to retire for good since everyday more n more player quitting due to your lack of responsibility to the community!
