Serious Ways to Improve Game

I want to start this thread to compille Suggestions for Improving game.
I will edit this main post with replies people add.

1:   Hiave someone to Manage the Forums Specifically.   This should be someone who has a proficiency with the English Language, Preferably a Native English Speaker.  This Person should have a direct line to the developers of the Game.  There is a complaint that the forums do not receive proper attention.   Heartbreak you are the only one that seems to reply to threads, but your responses seem to be very flat and generic.  

2:  Fix Armanents.   Let Forges Carry over!!!!!      If the balance is to make Iron gain even lower, so be it.  I would rather make less Iron per hour, than get +10 Forge when I am 9/10.

Thanks for your suggestion.
1.It s a good suggestion for us. We will think about it seriously, and find a suitable person to help us manage our fourm.
2.We get your idea, and we always do something about details, like resources. We will have some welfare events to satisfy our fans in the game, and solve it in the near future.

We don't need 'welfare' events lol..  We need the forge to 'carry over' lol.   Even getting +2 when 9/10 is a little annoying.   And really, there wouldnt be a need to lower iron production lvl 80 buildings its only around 1500 per hour

What is +2 and 9/10 ？

In the Armananent Screen anytime you click Forge You get +1, +2, +4 or +10 advancement.   It Takes 10 Forges to gain a level.  

So What I said was, If I was 9 Forges out of 10 towards the next level.   And then getting  +2, +4, or +10, all become Wasted.

What happens if you have 4 Gems on level 1. Four of them that have accumulated? You always loose two of them right?
