Lastly, pls bloody hell fix the recharge system. Money debited to Heyshell yet gold not received on time. This problem only happen when recharge using your Heyshell website. Pls ask your staff to talk to us Mr Arthur. Apparently you have no power here. Just a puppet moderator.

lose so many item. Gold, gems, iron, leigemen,  vou (coz cant join tourney),
my friend told me, my arena rank down to bellow 20 ( before can 14-17), etc
Many player had this prolem too u can see in google play
plz fix this blackgate.

Ps: hope got compensations for this disturbing problem
