Kingdoms transfer function

It would be nice if you can add kingdom transfers function... it mean if, i am Shu i can transfer to Wu or Wei. and Wu and Wei can do the same way. This is good to balance server. And this could cost more then 300golds to transfers .

Then what ever kingdom that stronger all might go there...so where the balance?

I agree if you can only move to a weaker kingdom, they could even give a bonus for the transfer. The problem is how to determine that a country is weaker....

well, the strong ppl always want new challenge. and they might move to weaker kingdoms.

Weaker Kingdoms cannot transfer to Stronger Kingdoms.
