In formation, there is a Flagship. Once a fleet is set as the Flagship, its Flagship Skill can be activated. Any ship in the formation can be set as Flagship, but it is suggested to choose the ship with best flagship skill. In battles, try to protect the flagship. If the flagship is sunk, the flagship skill will be also gone.
