I got banned or not?

My id in s34 got banned or something GM??? U sure  about that? I not fake RC. My friend are RC me little. And me Rc my self also. I only VIP 4. Thats word "your id cant be log in, reason 1" what mean that GM. Whats wrong to my id?

I vvas vvait 12 hours. You vvanna me patient hovv much time?. -_- 1 day not playing in nevv server make me vveak la. I have vvork also. I try log in in 23 times. And still unfreeze. This is not nice customer service mah.
