Pangde downgraded??

Could you check on the logic of the skill and block initiation of Pangde? I feel there's something wrong with this new Pangde.
I try in the arena for ten times Pangde against Xuchu, and the result is 100% Pangde CAN'T block Xuchu skill attack. And also, when Pangde try to use his skill attack to other general (Huangzhong, Pangde, Taisichi), around 60% attempt of his skill attack was blocked. Its very very very weird considering that Pangde has high lead and I also use max Jade (15 15).... In addition, when my Xuchu try to use his skill atack against other general, around 80% of his skill attack was blocked.....

If I'm not mistaken, it was said that the chaos expansion also upgraded the skill attack of Pangde... But how come this new FATTY Pangde become like an idiot both for his face and his sklill attack?

It can be, maybe that Xu Chu equipment all 4 star block while your Pangde no equip skill at all? As if, you must refine your Pamgede block skill to beat Xu chu skill

Sir/Madame, Block is related to the hero's lead lv and X.Chu is a Purple hero and Pang de is a red hero so it's hard for him to block X.Chu.Hope it will help you. thx
