Dear Commanders,
Yesterday(August 18th) we noticed that two players had abnormal recharge records. After investigations, we found they had recharged through certain illegal Third Party Program without paying. Therefore, our company decided to permanently ban their accounts for punishment, and post this notice here for announcement:

We sincerely hope that you all may take warning from these two players, and build a fair environment for Clash of Warships with joint effort of yours and ours.
