Reward from event never i get

dear lucerne... I have problem again, in last event my position on 5, but my reward never i get... Please respon... My id kemsee on 2 area- bismarck...

Sorry for the inconveniences it has brought to you; however, this time it will need longer time for you to wait.
Here there was a regional celebration for a few days, and some areas of this city were not be allowed to step in. Unfortunately, our programmers' workplace locates in one of them.
Therefore, they were all on holidays since 8.30 until 9.6 (today), which means that there wasn't be someone who can help us check on it.
We're really sorry to cause such a situation, but today we'll ask them to check on that as long as they get to work, and push them to be as quickly as possible.
Please check on your PM for a small compensation.

Dear sir, sorry to say that, but you didn't meet the requirement of ranking reward...
The ranking reward requires at least 200 points in TL Ship Events, and you didn't get enough points.
Please double check on the rules at the bottom of the event interface in later events to make sure you can get the ranking rewards~
