Summon Advance*10 Only Got 1

Hi, I think you already know about this problem from the email that my friend send it to you.

My friend use Advance*10 but Only got 1 Card. ( Jia Xu = Purple ) .. Only this one. and without the other 9.

For the 2nd time, he got Only 1 Red Card.  One.. NOT  Ten.

He already explain it to you via email, but your response just said that the card result is Random. Whether you will get only 1 purple or more.

That's not the problem.

The problem is he only get 1 card from 1st summon, and also 1 card from 2nd summon.

I mean, that's a lot of gold. 2800 gold for 2 cards ( 1 Purple and 1 Red )

Maybe you can reply about this from his email.

Me also.. I first time use advance*10 summon also get 1 purple card only.  GM Please fix it ASAP!
