Time for sever 16 to be merge again

Last I heard s16 was in line to be merge with a older server but plan was scrap and the older server merged with sever 7 instead.
Kindly put sever 16 in line for merger with a older server if possible,
Really need one
Getting lethargic in there
Players are quitting and Wei getting bullied all day long

I think sima has chosen the wrong side in 3 kingdoms... Sima supposedly be in Wei. Why did he choose to be in Shu instead. If so he should have named himself Zhugeliang / Jiangwei / LiuBei etc. Wonder why? Just a thought
