explenation of equip stats

i was wondering what each skill does on my equipment like harm ,  raise immu rate, and so on.I only found an out dated  explenation  that has diffrent names.Is it possible to create a topic somwhere that explains all diffrent stats ?Would really appreciate it

Maybe also add more detailed info about hero that also says what your block rate is and so on
