so in this attached picture, Hengyang is the middle ground between the 2 gates. on the hour like Guards come out, Hengyang will send out Scouts (lvl affected by Country lvl) that will attack all cities that are not occupied by the holder of Hengyang between these gates, sending 3 armies of Scouts to each city
this would work for the other middle grouns in Map - Xiangyang, Hedong, Xiapi
Scouts will be the country of the side that has the middle main city
