recharge delays or problems

If you are going to have an event to encourage players to spend gold. It would be nice if when we buy it from heyshell with paypal or other methods the points get added before the event ends.For example I decided to buy some points with paypal at  about 7:41am Monday Bejing time. The event is almost over yet I dont have points yet...... The whole purpose was to use the gold during the event if i get it after that will be very unfortunate. I hope in the future you can solve these problems several people have had.
