Mike had played two times(one with Mary and one with Paul)
Reasons:
Mary had played four times, meaning Mary had played with all the four people
David played one time, meaning David and Mary
Paul played three times, meaning Paul played with Mary, Candy and Mike
Candy played two times, meaning Candy played with Mary and Paul
So Mike had played two times, one with Mary and one with Paul

My answer is correct..and i didnt said reason becos GM not asking to stated reason.

I read many times for the instruction but no stated reason so i affraid if i write the reason means i am not following the instruction.
