Dear GM

My id in game is Gary8reyes in S15 Shu. I wish to advise that for the weekend VIP bonus, I was unable to claim at all although the claim button is there. I do manage to claim the weekend gift though but not the VIP bonus. I am currently VIP 8 and hope you could assist to look into the matter. Appreciate you to credit whatever I was entitled in due course.

i wonder if the GM does gif compensation for their mistakes or bugs in this game ??

well hopefully gary gets wat he is deem to get... n wit a lil extra as a gift ...

now tht would be called a good service...

Apologies for the late reply.

It was last weekend VIP bonus for sat and sun. Supposed to have 60gold plus 2 shadow order and 1 advance summon order. Also have legion order but need gold to send. Appreciate you to look into the gold, shadow and advance summon compensation. Many thanks.
