PLS explain about absolute skill damage and common atk

GUys pls i need to understand about liege card, like differences and the usage of this effect

skill absolute damage : damage that a skill will do on enemy regardless of his defense , so if your skill absolute damage is 150 , then even if your skill can only cause 1 damage , ur enemy troops will suffer 150 dmg
common atk : damage that you inflict on your enemy , absolute common damage is a guaranteed damage you will inflict on your enemy regardless of his defense
common atk mitigation : your enemy common damage will be reduced by that amount each time he hits you

Does skill absolute damage benefit skill attack as well or only the base/absolute damage. Meaning if you have 150 skill absolute damage and you use your skill on an opponent that will take well above the 150 is it helping any or does it not stack with your skill damage.

your skill has a certain dmg , absolute skills stack on it , but sometimes your skill will it only 1 dmg if it is weak , here you will see only absolute dmg on ur enemy
