S51 Wei tech works were higher than (now) our teammates from S16. You copied higher country lvl from both of us but you copied lower Tech Works.

S51 Wei got max Tech Works on almost every tech, please give us back our techs lvl . It was a long and hard work to reach those levels, a work of more than a year.
