S28 Top player

Sir GM I saw many top player in s28 in active now.
I dunno because he retired or he's got baned because gold cheat or bug.
but if he retired because cheat / gold bug.
why don't delete he's character too?
if he's character stay @ top rank arena,
that's holding other fair player to be stronger.
pls
we need your respon as soon as possible.
for better gaming.

if he retired why must he's account delete?
I'm means if he's id go baned because bug or cheat gold, sure hes character must be delete too,
not only ban he's I'd.
