Revert Equip

HI GM,

I Would like to ask regarding chance to get revert equip from reverted one. Is there any differences in chances when we refine newly equip and reverted equip to get a new revert?

Example: 1 Gong bu With 4 lvl 5 revert Ironwall, and 1 Gong bu with 3 lvl 5 random attributes and never get revert before.

I am not GM, but if i understand you correctly, you are asking whether once 5555 equip can be turned into another 5555 item with the same chance as it was turned into 5555 for the first time.

Well, if that is your question, I think the chances are the same as for turn 555 equip into 5555 for the first time, although last few months I have strange feeling that chances were lowered the same way for both (new & reverted as you call it) equip. Some months ago I was able to refine item to 5555 from 555 approximately in 4-5 days using only free refine, recently the time is twice that long. But maybe it´s just some sort of bad luck for me.

Not bad luck at all. GM made it harder to get hidden equip so many will RC.
Notice that before there is no special event for refine by gold. What is intention for that special event?...very easy to guess right...more RC.
