please help with the liegeman bug

when i try to appoint liegeman, it crashes. can't scroll and map and other things go for a blackout
please help.

and after that alllof the other things are like this. stuck and not loading. its a bug i say. so please help with this. pls

oh and i can't scroll down in the liegeman part as well. so? still say this is due to connection?

no it isn't then,how about play with your desktop or maybe laptop if the problem occurs in pc mostly by clearing cache can be solve
